MBTI type can influence temperament, which in turn affects appearance to some extent. The idea echoes traditional face reading, which links features such as the eyebrows, ears and cheekbones with temperament and fortune.

NT Types: ENTP, INTJ and INTP

ENTP

Generally, they have a long face (a combination of a long midface and a short lower face, showing both mature and youthful features), wide-set eyes, relatively long eyes, and eyebrows with an upward curve, indicating an old person with broken eyebrows. The distance between their eyebrows and eyes is relatively close, and their lips are quite prominent, small but thick or wide. Their faces have a noticeable fleshy appearance (even if they have a thin face, they still have baby fat or apple cheeks). It’s a fusion of aggression and youthfulness, giving them a mischievous, childlike feel.

Men may grow short beards (a charming mustache might be used to poke their partner’s face).

Their distinct personalities are very apparent, like those of characters from Zootopia, Grandpa from Running Man, Ironman, and the twins from Harry Potter… Their faces often display a playful, mocking expression… and they speak quite quickly… like throwing darts.

INTJ

A thin, long nose with a downward-pointing tip and nostrils that don’t protrude is generally associated with a long face and a relatively long midface (I’ve never seen a round-faced INTJ). The features are well-defined, with arched eyebrows, a relatively light face, and eyes that aren’t too round, but rather slanted upwards at the outer corners, are long and thin, and have a slight downward sclera (the whites of the eyes are visible below the iris), giving a somewhat fierce appearance. The distance between the eyes is generally narrow, and the skin between the eyes is firm, conveying an impression of intelligence. Because of a perpetually grumpy expression, nasolabial folds and marionette lines tend to be more pronounced. The lips have a defined, defined edge, rather than being loose and rounded.

Regarding round-faced INTJs, if present, their features can be considered aggressive. (The face is round, but the chin and profile are sharply defined.)

As the type with the highest false positive rate, if you feel it’s inaccurate, you can consider it a false positive.

INTP

INTP men generally have thick eyebrows (inductive reasoning), smooth facial lines, and are less aggressive. Both men and women are relatively androgynous, appearing somewhat dull, yet you can sense their intelligence. Their eyes are vacant with few expressions, and their faces are not too thin (they are not too thin either).

In addition, the movements are not “slow” but there are some strange actions, such as suddenly dodging or tiptoeing while walking, which gives a slightly “unsteady” feeling.

NF Types: INFP, INFJ and ENFP

INFP

Most have round faces, tense muscles around the mouth (Fi), pronounced nasolabial folds and marionette lines, large, unfocused eyes, a gentle smile, and an involuntary squint when speaking. Their daily movements are slow and gentle, lacking a high-energy feel, similar to the image below. Many have a very straightforward/straight man/woman appearance, perhaps because they don’t care much about dressing up or being meticulous.

Osamu Dazai is a good example to distinguish between INFP and INFJ. His melancholy carries a sharp edge (Fi).

INFJ

While also non-aggressive, compared to ISFJs, they possess a more spiritual and mysterious quality, with less of a sense of boundaries and restraint. However, their eyes are also more dreamy, they smile more often, and they have a gentle and approachable aura (Fe).

The eyebrows point downwards, giving a melancholic yet relaxed feeling. I’ll post a few pictures for you to get a feel for it.

ENFP

A quirky and mischievous personality (many and expressive facial expressions, strong ability to engage small muscle groups). May cry over strange little things. Eyebrows are somewhere between straight and angled. Nasolabial folds when smiling, prominent cheekbones. Eyes are relatively sharp and curve downwards.

SF Types: ISFJ, ESFP and ESFJ

ISFJ

Their eyebrows and face shape are generally quite rounded and smooth. I think it’s because their calm, reserved, and conservative personalities mean they don’t usually have many expressions, so their facial muscles flow smoothly, haha, completely non-aggressive.

ESFP

ESTP

Similar to ISTP, more charismatic expressions, sunglasses, heavy makeup, cool guys and girls, Te-type ESTPs are like ENTJs.

ISTP

Generally, people with closely spaced eyebrows and eyes, high brow bones, straight noses, thin lips, and single eyelids often look fierce when they look at others! When they’re not smiling, their lips turn downwards (one of the fiercest types). They have a strong aura but are also good-tempered and not easily provoked.

ISTJ

His facial expressions are few and sharp but understated; from his clothes to his demeanor, he exudes a very “upright” aura (though his gestures have a slight pause).
