Terms of Use

What FaceSage is

FaceSage reads faces for fun. Readings are impressions written by an AI from facial-proportion traditions. They are entertainment — not facts, science, or advice, and never a verdict on anyone’s character.

What you agree to

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the right to use any photo you scan. Only scan someone else’s photo if they would be okay with it. If the photo is of someone else, you’re telling us you have their permission — and you’ll cover us if that turns out not to be true.
  • You give us permission to hold the photos you upload for as long as it takes to write your reading. We delete them within 48 hours, and deleting your account deletes them straight away.
  • You won’t use readings to harass anyone or to make real decisions about a person — hiring, housing, lending, custody, or anything with stakes.
  • You won’t try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Reads and subscriptions

Reads and FaceSage Plus are bought through Apple’s App Store (in the iOS app) or through Whop, our web payment provider and merchant of record, and follow the payment and refund rules of whichever you used. Reads are digital credits tied to your account — they have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Plus renews until you cancel it (App Store subscriptions on iOS; Manage subscription on the web).

Your account

An account is a verified email — no password. Signing in on any device brings your balance and readings with it. If you delete your account, everything under it is erased and can’t be recovered. Without a verified email, your balance lives only under the device code shown in the You tab — lose that device and it can’t be recovered, so adding an email is the safe path.

The service

We provide FaceSage as-is and may change, pause, or discontinue features. We’re not liable for decisions made based on a reading — see the first section. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
